These <br />processes hinge on executive involvement and help to identify weaknesses so we know where <br />to target improvement efforts. Processes include: <br />• Regular safety audits conducted by: <br />o Safety staff <br />o Superintendents <br />o Project managers <br />• Monthly executive safety committee meetings <br />• Monthly claims reviews <br />• Annual Michels Leadership Conference <br />• Annual division -specific HSE training tour <br />6.2.8 Safety Compliance Reporting <br />Michels engages in safety compliance reporting with the following third -party firms: <br />• Avetta Auditing <br />• Browz <br />• ISNetworld <br />• National Compliance Management Service (NCMS) <br />• PEC Premier <br />• Veriforce <br />6.3 Environmental Stewardship <br />6.3.1 Environmental Policy <br />Michels Corporation is committed to good corporate citizenship and environmental leadership <br />for a healthy environment.
