MICHELS CORPORATION - STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS ALARIS Injury Care Line is a 24/7 injury care hotline staffed by full-time Registered Nurses, who are able to provide consultation and guidance for work -related injuries and general medical guidance for our employees and their families. Contacting ALARIS is MANDATORY for any work related injury and personal calls can be made on a discretionary basis. The ALARIS representative will guide them on to obtain proper medical attention and help identify an appropriate in -network care provider in the employee's geographical area. In addition to providing our employees and their families with a unique and convenient benefit, the ALARIS Injury Care Line helps improve and streamline our claims management process and ensure that our employees have round-the-clock access to medical and emergency guidance regardless of where their jobsite is located.
