Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the recommendation be <br />accepted and the bids be awarded as outlined above. Therefore, Mr. Gilot <br />made a motion that the award be tabled. Mr. Inks seconded the motion, which carried. <br />AWARD QUOTATION AND APPROVE CONTRACT — VIRTUAL ETHERNET SERVICE <br />PROJECT NO. 112 -045 — SIXTEEN (16) WATER WORKS FACILITIES (WATER WORKS <br />O &M) <br />Mr. John Wiltrout, Water Works, advised the Board that on June 26, 2012, quotations were <br />received and opened for the above referenced project. After reviewing those quotations, Mr. <br />Wiltrout recommended that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and <br />responsible bidder, U.S. Signal, 201 Ionia Avenue SW, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503, in the <br />
