After reviewing the bid, Mr. John <br />Engstrom, Engineering, recommended that the Board award the contract for concrete materials, <br />Item Nos. 3 and 4, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Kuert Concrete, in the unit <br />price amounts bid, not to exceed $213,750.00. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the <br />recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded and the Contract approved as outlined <br />above.
