Upon a motion <br />made by Ms. Dorau, seconded by Ms. Fritzberg and carried, the Project Completion Affidavit <br />was approved. <br />KIMPROVEMENTS <br />-. I Ph Street, Niles, MI 49120, for the <br />above referenced project, indicating a final cost of $98,240.00. He noted in his memorandum that he has determined that the City has no need for the <br />property; the intended use of the petitioner is appropriate; and the petitioner is eligible to <br />purchase the property as an abutting property owner.
