Project management and <br />coordination. <br />The work will be billed on a time and <br />material basis. Weaver Boos assumed a two <br />year time frame for all of this work. If it is <br />completed more quickly, then the number of <br />hours billed could be significantly less than <br />the number of hours assumed for this <br />proposal. The cost of the proposal is not to <br />exceed $198,720. The staff recommends <br />approval of this proposal. <br />One of the complicating factors of this <br />project is how to remediate part of the <br />building and make it available on a timely <br />basis for the private development to take <br />place. It needs to be coordinated so that <br />we're not in their way when they'd like to get <br />to a certain part of the building? This <br />proposal covers that coordination as well as <br />on -call service. <br />Mr. Varner asked if this accomplishes the <br />remediation.
