Staff <br /> requests approval. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br /> Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the ABONMARCHE FOR THE SCOPE OF SERVICES AND <br /> Commission accepted the proposal from FEE PROPOSED <br /> Abonmarche for the scope of services and fee <br /> proposed. <br /> Ms. Jones inquired whether this would <br /> seriously impact the development site. Mr. <br /> Relos noted that it is all being coordinated <br /> with Mr. David Matthews. <br /> B. Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (1) Engagement letter from Plews Shadley <br /> Racher & Braun for legal services related <br /> to the Union Station Technology Center. <br /> Mr. Inks noted that as a part of the agreement <br /> with Union Station Properties for <br /> development of the Renaissance District, the <br /> city agreed to take care of environmental <br /> issues related to the Ivy Tower Building. <br /> 5 <br />
