Mr. Inks responded yes that a slit <br /> trench drain that will be installed. <br /> (2) Proposal for survey services to write legal <br /> descriptions related to Niles Avenue sewer <br /> separation project right of way. <br /> Mr. Relos noted that Abonmarche has <br /> submitted a proposal to prepare legal <br /> descriptions for two pieces of right-of-way <br /> that are needed for completion of the Niles <br /> Avenue sewer separation project. These <br /> legal descriptions effect small slivers of the <br /> Troeger site, which the Commission sold for <br /> development of ten townhomes with river <br /> views. <br /> The two pieces of right of way are located: <br /> • At the bend of Niles Ave near <br /> Jefferson; an easement is needed to <br /> allow an electrical line that connects <br /> to the hydropower generator near the <br /> head of the East Race. <br /> 4 <br />
