We further waive <br />any right to abject to .the fora" of said resolution. We further waive any and all objections <br />to the fact that no advertisement for -hearing was published am .required by law, and. that <br />no notices were mailed to the owners of property and that no hearing was had by said <br />Board. <br />We., also consent that said Board mall proceed to. let the contract for <br />d oblig sa id work in 'the f ollowing. manner: - <br />That . ,the y -shall not ify; by mail: responsible contractors in the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, of.. sa id work t Q be done under said. res olut ion, :and . that., they , shall <br />receive bids frnm'."id.contract, ors, for, the doing of said work to the lowest responsible <br />bidder. :nd we vu_ ive, any f orin and manner other than provided by law. <br />Aru we further consent that the cost of doing said work dhall be <br />assessed against the different parcels of real estate owned by us as provided by Sections <br />8722.8723a., 8'2598726,87279 8728 and all acts and laws amendatory thereof or supplemental <br />thereto. <br />And we further agree that' not ice given us by mail shall be suff is ient <br />notice of the hearing upon the assessment made for said improvement. <br />In Witness Whereof, said Whitcomb & Keller, by Fred W.
