Vernon C. Hastings and Burdett Hastings Norton described as a one <br />story frame shed in the rear of 214 Worth Michigan Street on Lot 76 Original Plat <br />of South Bend. <br />AND: WHEREAS ` the Board of Public Works has Ordered the building, <br />Commissioner. ,to ,take .up *4thot'herewners of this building the question of tearing <br />dawn the same, apd Whereas the Building Commissioner that they notified the owners <br />to repair, tear down or remove said structure,wbich notice has been served on said <br />owners in compliance with the Building Code, and no effort has been made by the <br />owners of saild building to remedy the condition. <br />NOW THEREFORE, <br />Bel it resolved by the Board of Public Works that theBuilding Com- <br />missioner is herby ordered to emply such persons as may be necessary to causo <br />such building `tol be torn down and to keep an accurate account of the actual expense <br />incurred and file an accurate statement thereof and descr iptlen of the reel estate <br />on which said buildigg was located, with the City Controller of the City or, South <br />Bend, in compliance with Section 17 Paragraph 1294 of the Ordinance 1918 adopted <br />December 21st., 1915. <br />And said Building Commissioner is further ordered to make due report <br />of_ his .proceedings under this order to the Boar. <br />Reed. & Filed 8.7-18 9: 45 .A.M _ <br />Building Department <br />By W.
