Barnes, City Contractof ro repair work <br />in the City be notified to repair and place the following extensions. <br />Connect up extensions at Corner Mishawaka Avenue & Eddy Street. <br />Mishawaka Avenue and Oakland Street,. <br />Mishawaka Avenue and Thrush Street. <br />Mishawaka Avenue and St. W. side Match <br />Factory. <br />Mishawaka Avenue and Greenlawn Ave. <br />Repair extension at S . W. corner of North Lafayette Street & Madison St. <br />at N. E. Corner of Wood Street and Madison Street. <br />The Board also instructed Clerk to notify property owner of Oliver <br />Theatre to repair sidewalk in front of same on Main Street. <br />Mr. John Foots, Sr., appeared before the Board in regard to being unable <br />be locate sewer tap at 624 North Main Street. The Board ordered that the Street Commissioner <br />send men to look for tap at above number and if same is found the above property owner <br />to reimburse the City for the cost of locating same, if no tap is found the Board ordered <br />that the Street Cmmissioner have one put in. <br />The Board ordered that the Street Commissioner be notified to <br />fix un the north abutment of the Ernsperger Street Bridge immediately. <br />Tile Board instructed the City Engineer to notify the following <br />real estate men to aa�r'as 'appraisers on the valuation of property condemned on Oakland <br />Street from Mishaiwaka Avenue to the St. Joseph River, under Condemnation Resolution <br />No. -51.
