Section 4(f) of the U.S. Department of Transportation Act is a complicated policy with multiple <br />exemptions and criteria that must be applied to a project to verify 4(f) involvement. Erin holds a Bachelor of <br />Science degree in Public Affairs with a concentration in Environmental Management and a Master Degree <br />in Public Affairs degree, both from Indiana University, thus putting her ahead of the field in interpreting and <br />implementing NEPA and Section 4(f) requirements.
