Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present. Hearing had or, assessment roll and final estimate for grade, curb and walk on Donald Street from Uimai Street,to High Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 508. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed July 10th.,1917 is benefitted in the amount if assessments as shown on said rolloV and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed July loth., 1917 and the final estimate allowed July 16th.,1917 should be -and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing had on Grade, curb and walk and Gravel roadway on Dubail Avenue from Marine Street to Leer Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 467. ,,/�In the City of South Bend, Indiana. The Board therefiore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed July 10th.,1917 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed July 10th., 1917 and the final estimate allowed July 10th.v1917 shuidd be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for concrete pavement on Portage 970urt-�tboAshland Avenue, under Imprvement Resolution.No. 482. In °/ the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property ,assessed in said rolls filled July 10th.,1917 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed July 10th., 1917 and the final estimate allowed July 10th.,1917 should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Deferred hearing had on improvement Resolution Ito. 543 for the pavement on Dubail Avenue from Michigan Street to 11imi Street, in the City of South Bend,, Indiana. Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared but no further written remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for da.id improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and over-ruleld said remonstrance and the said resolution is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published onthe lst. day of August 1917 and on the 8th. day of August 1917 in a newspaper of general circulation in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 14th. day of August 1917 The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
