717 The Board hereby further sets off the benefits and damages each against the other where both benefits and damages are assessed, against the same piece of property, tract .of land or` interests, and hereby fixes the said respective net benefits as theamount that shall be paid by the respective olmners as benefits, and further hereby fixes the respective net damages as to the several tracts as the amount that shall be paid to the owners of the respective tracts as damages. Vdlk• jPhereu on, upon mott�on duly made and seconded and unanimously adopted the nth. day of 7 at 7:45 P.M. was fixed as the day on which this Beard will receive or hear remonstrances from persons with regard to the amount of their respective awards or assessments, and the Clrk of this Board was instructed to prepare and cause to be duly and legally given, notices to the owners of each parcel pf propert y, shoeing the amount of the assessments or awards, with a description of the property affected, and the date of said hearing. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Concrete pavement on valley w(st of Lafayette Street from Monroe Street to South Street, -under Improvement Resolution No. 494. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. _ Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six c onse cut ive days. in the South Bend Daily Tribune, c ommenc ing on.the 6th. day of August 1917 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 21st . day of August 1917 at 7: 45 P.M. Resolved further, that the 'entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved and the final estimated thereon allowed. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Resurfacing pavement on La Porte Avenue°from°Washington Avenue to Linden Avenue, under Improvement Resolution ✓No. 475. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecut ive days in the South Bend Daily Tribune, commenc ing ,on the 6th. day of August 1917 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 21st. ,day of August 1917 at 7: 45 P.M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. The following release approved by the Board. Reslblvddthat Harvy L. Hager has filed new excavation bond in.this department effective June 12th.,1917 , and the London and Lancashire Indemnity Company of America is hereby released from any and all liability under its bond for -said Harvey' L. Hager covering his excavation license to the City of South Bend , Ini3n4 accruing on and after June 12th.,1917.
