,/ Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 491 for pavement on Broadway Street from Carroll Street to High Street and on Broadway Street from Lafayette Street to Franklin Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing a remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance filed other than one of February 29th. ,191'6 which was over -ruled by the Board. And the Board being fully advised in the premises decides that the benefits to property liable to be. assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolutions asorginally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published or. the 6th. day of April 1917 and on the 13th. day of April 1917 in a newspaper of general circulation in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.U. on the 24th. day of April 1917. the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 497 for pavement on Leer Street ✓ from Lincoln Way East to Calvert Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana,. Upon said hearing no remorstrat ots appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides -that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said res olut ion as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, rati- fied c onf irmed and approved. Company., in the City of ,South Bend , Indiana, Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was f iledt And the Board being fully advised in the premises decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as modified. Said pipe sewer to be on Chestnut Street from Jefferson Blvd. to Napier Street, sewer on Chestnut Street to be out off south of Napier Street to Lake Shore & Michigan Southern_ Ry. Company, and 'the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed andapproved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 6th. day of April 1917 and on the 13th. day of April 1917 in a newspaper of general circulation in said City stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement, up to 10:00 A.M. on the 24th. day of April 1917.
