Cothrell Realty Company appeared before <br />the Board and took up the matter of the condition of Irvigton Avenue. This matter. <br />✓ was referred to the Street Commissioner to investigate. <br />Mr. F. I. Hardy. Mgr. of the Chicago, South Bend• & Northern Indiana <br />Ry. Company appared before the Board in regard to plumbers in the City tunneling <br />under their tracks and cutting into pavements and not properly tapping same. The <br />✓ 'Board took this martter* under advisement. <br />Attorney Vitus Jones appeared before the Board for the Harter <br />Realty Company and made a propos-ft'16nnto-the Board , that they would improve the <br />Streets and alleys in the Harter Heights Addition by paving same. That the <br />Harter Realty Company would pay for all sidewalks and curbs intersections: amounting <br />to $460.30,--also they would pay for ono hail' (�) of the cost df Street -and Alley <br />interseeet'ions, which after due consideration was accepted and approved of by the <br />Board, by unanimous consent. <br />Renewal certificates filed for the renewal of excavation Hond of <br />DePeape & Coussens also W.
