Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present. Hearing had on impnovo ment Resolution No. 489 for pavement on- ,/Calvert Street from Miami Street to High Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana, Upon said Bearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. Arid the Board -being fully advised in. the premises, dec ides that the bene- f its to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the esti- mated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 29th. • day of March 1917 and on th 5th . day of April 1917 in a newspaper of general circulation in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 17th. day of April 1917. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all b ids . Hearing had eA improvement resolution No. 490 for pavement on Francis i-' Street from Cedar Street to North side Blvd. in the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and the Board having said matter under advisement find that the remonstrance filed at 10:00 A.M. this 27th. day bf larch 1917 should be sustained and that the resolution should be -and the ;ame is hereby and in all things rescfadod. Hearing had on Improvgment Resolution No. 487. for pavement improvement on Fuerbr nger Street.from Cottage Grove Avenue to Sherman Avenue, in the City of South Bend, Indiana . . Upon saidhearing no remonstra-tors appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decodes that the bene- fits to property liable -to be assessed for said improvements are equal; to the esti- mated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things ratified, 'confirmed and approved.
