5. LFA will revise the Construction Standards and Specifications per the comments <br />received during the review meeting and will provide the City with a searchable pdf <br />of the revised document for their approval and use. <br />C. Develop Sectioti 8 — Uandscaping awl Section 9 — Finishes and Fixtures To be <br />Added to the 011 Construction Standards and Specifications <br />LFA will be perform the following tasks for each of the sections to be developed. <br />1. Meet with the City staff to discuss the proposed content of the <br />Standards/Specifications section being developed. The following items will be <br />discussed during this initial meeting: <br />• Input for identifying the number and different districts for use <br />throughout the City for specifying unique landscaping and/or finishes <br />and fixtures. <br />• Preferred standards and/or specifications from previous city projects that <br />may be incorporated into the proposed section(s). <br />• Guidelines, parent references, and other information that will be cited in <br />the new sections. <br />It is assumed for this Agreement that there will two work session meetings that the <br />Engineer will facilitate to discuss each of the two additional sections. <br />2. Develop the preliminary standards and specifications. Submit the draft documents to <br />the project team for review and comment. <br />3. Conduct a meeting to discuss the documents submitted in Item No. 2 above. Detailed <br />review and comments will be solicited from city staff at this meeting. Additional <br />items to incorporate into the documents will be discussed and noted. <br />4. Revise the standards and specifications from comments received during the meeting <br />noted in Item No. 3 above. Submit the final draft documents to the project team for <br />final review and comment. <br />5. Conduct a meeting to discuss the documents submitted in Item No. 4 above. <br />Requirements for finalizing the specific section of the standards/specifications and <br />delivery to the City will be discussed at this meeting. <br />6. Revise the standards and specifications per discussion during the meeting noted in <br />Item No. 5 above. Finalize the standards and specifications and submit finalized <br />deliverables to the City.
