• AutoCAD files of the standards - The title block and general format of <br />the standards will be developed in the same format as the current <br />effective documents. <br />• The standards and specifications in Adobe Acrobat format — The search <br />capabilities of the current Adobe acrobat file will be maintained. <br />The above Tasks will be required for both of the new Sections of the Standards and <br />Specifications. Upon completion of a section, the Word files will be combined to <br />create a master document for the specifications. The Adobe Acrobat files containing <br />both the standards and specifications will be combined with previously completed <br />sections. The final pdf will contain both the standards and specifications in one <br />searchable document. <br />PARTIL SCHEDULE FEEAND CONDITIONS <br />A. Schedule <br />The City has expressed the desire to incorporate the stormwater design criteria and to <br />have recognized revisions made to the existing, effective Standards and Specifications as <br />soon as possible. This will allow for these items to get approved and become effective <br />while the two additional new sections (Section 8 — Landscaping and Section 9 — Finishes <br />and Fixtures) are being developed. Once developed, the two new sections will also need <br />to be considered by the Board of Public Works. Assuming a Notice to Proceed is issued <br />on December 20, 2018, the following is LFA's proposed schedule for the above Scope of <br />Work: <br />Task A Completion of June 26, 2018 Revision Completed <br />Task B Task B - Incorporate Stormwater Design Criteria and February 28, 2019 <br />Other Provided Revisions <br />Task C Develop ping ... Section 8m— Landsca in ... and Section 9.... June .2.8, 2019. <br />Finishes and Fixtures To be Added to the City <br />Construction Standards and Specifications <br />B. Fee <br />1. LFA has completed the work for Task A and proposes this service for a Lump Sum <br />Fee of $3,831. <br />2. LFA proposes to provide the described Scope of Services as identified above for <br />Tasks B and C on an hourly basis with an estimated budget of $27,869. <br />3.
