Results of Failed Test <br />If an employee fails a drug test, they are subject to the following minimum consequences: <br />1.) First positive test, thirty (30) day suspension without pay and participation in a treatment/rehab <br />program. <br />2.) Second positive test, ninety (90) day suspension without pay and participation in a <br />treatment/rehab program. <br />3.) Third positive test, termination effective immediately. <br />During suspension, there will be no pay and collected PTO does not apply. Employees will not be <br />eligible to collect unemployment. <br />Cornerstone Stewards, Inc. will advise employees on the participation in a program of treatment or <br />rehabilitation at the time of suspension. Proof of completion of the program is required to return to <br />work. The company reserves the right to terminate employment as a consequence of a confirmed failed <br />drug test at any time. <br />If an employee would like to contest a false positive, they may do so immediately following the results. <br />Retesting is available on a case -by -case basis. <br />RESERVACTION OF RIGHTS <br />Cornerstone Stewards, Inc. reserves the right to interpret, modify, or expand upon this policy in whole or part, <br />with or without notice. Nothing in this policy alters an employee's at -will status. <br />ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONSENT <br />I hereby acknowledge having received a copy of Cornerstone Stewards, Inc.
