Mr. <br /> Meteiver responded that there would be <br /> numerous other procedures required to <br /> establish a lease between the two entities. <br /> The fact that we are establishing simply a <br /> license, allows us to accomplish this without <br /> those additional procedures. <br /> Mr. Inks noted that our retail space is part of <br /> an enterprise fund from an accounting <br /> perspective so it is important for us to realize <br /> revenues equal to or slightly in access of our <br /> expenses. This fund is not supported by <br /> TIF. Most of the expenditures in the fund are <br /> not TIF eligible. This agreement calls for <br /> reimbursement of our costs so expenses that <br /> 8 <br />
