South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (1) Downtown Police Substation <br /> Ms. Jennings noted that the South Bend <br /> Police Department has requested a space for <br /> a police sub-station in the downtown area. <br /> The location at 119 South Michigan recently <br /> became vacant. Redevelopment retail <br /> offered the space to the South Bend Police <br /> Department (SBPD)under the following <br /> terms: <br /> • Reimbursement of Commission <br /> expenses in monthly installments of <br /> $895.49. Total annual installments <br /> wold be $10,745.88. <br /> • The SBPD will be responsible for <br /> the payment of all utilities <br /> • The SBPD will be allowed to <br /> terminate the License Agreement at <br /> 7 <br />
