PUBLIC AGENDA SESSION MARCH 8 2012 78 <br />Mr. Dillon stated that he is working on a standard professional service agreement for consent <br />decree projects. Mr. Dillon stated he will supply an update to the Board soon. <br />The Clerk was instructed to post the agenda and notify the media and other persons who have <br />requested notice of the meeting agenda. Martin, Cl rk <br />REGULAR MEETING MARCH 13, 2012 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:38 a.m, on Tuesday, <br />March 13, 2012 by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Board Member Donald E. Inks present. <br />Also present was Board Attorney Cheryl Greene. <br />ADDITION TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Gilot noted the addition to the agenda of a Relocation Agreement with AEP for the <br />Veteran's Administration Site Improvements project. <br />APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the minutes of the Agenda <br />Review Session of February 23, 2012, the Regular Meeting of February 28, 2012, the Re- <br />Convened Meeting of February 29, 2012, and the Claims Meeting of March 6, 2012 were <br />approved. <br />OPENING AND AWARD OF BIDS — APPROVE CONTRACT — ACS /VA PROJECT SITE <br />IMPROVEMENTS —PROJECT NO. 112 -009 (SBCDA TIF) <br />This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above referenced project. <br />The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News, which were found to be sufficient.
