<br />Ms. Greene noted that Whiteford Kenworth submitted a Non - Collusion form, but not the City's
<br />form with the Common Council's required language. She noted it is not a State law, just a
<br />requirement of the Council and the language would need to be put in the contract if they are
<br />awarded the contract. Upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Inks and carried, the
<br />above bids were referred to Central Services and the Street Department for review and
<br />recommendation.
