8, The grade of Dunn Street, which intersects Chapin Street -'at a
<br />point immediately north of `the tracks of said railroad, shall be changed, and the
<br />grade east from the east line of Chapin Street as established at No. 7 above shall
<br />be an ascending grade of three (3) feet to each one hundred (100) ` feet until -"it
<br />Intersects the present grade of Dunn Street:
<br />9. The grade of the first alley north of Ford Street, which alley
<br />intersects .Chapin .Street and' Scott -Streets, shall be changed, and the grade of said
<br />alley east from the east line of Chapin Street as established at -No. 7 above, shall
<br />be an ascending grade of ,three (3) feet to each. one hundred (100) feet until it
<br />intersects the present grade of said alley; and the grade of said alley west of the
<br />west line of, ' ScettStreet, as 'established; at No. 6 above, shall be an `ascending
<br />grade of thre (3)-feet to each one hundred (100) feet until it intersects the
<br />present grade- of .said alley,
<br />10. the grade of the first alley north of Dunn Street which alley
<br />intersects Chapin Street shall:.be-,changed, .and the,grade.east from the east line of
<br />Chapin Street as established at No. 7 above, shall be an ascending grade of three
<br />(3) feet to each one hundred (100) feet until it intersects the present grade of
<br />said alley:
<br />ll. The grade of South Street which intersects Scott Street and.Prairie
<br />Avenue shall be changed, and the grade.of said South_St`reet -east-from the east line
<br />.of Scott Street as established at No, 6 above shall be an ascending' grade : of three
<br />(3), feet -to each one hundred (100) feet until it intersects the present- grade df
<br />South Street; and the grades of= said South Street east and west ,frsaz Prairie Avenue,
<br />as established at No 5 above* shall be ascending grades of three (3) feet to each
<br />one hundred (100) feet each war east and west, until they intersect the present,
<br />grades fi South'Street.
<br />12. The grade of. ayler Street which intersects Prairie Avenue, -shall
<br />be,,,,changed, beginning at the grade of said. Prairie Avenue, as established a.t Ne.
<br />above, there shall be an ascendi g grade north of three (3) feet to each one
<br />hundred (100) feet{ until At intersects the present grade :of said street,
<br />13., the grade of the first alley south of South Street, which alley
<br />interIseats both Michigan and Main Streets,, shall be changed both east aid -Vest
<br />from Michigan Street, as established in No. 1 above, and east from Vain 0treet and
<br />as edtablIshed- at No. 3 above, by ascending grades of three (3) feet to each one
<br />hundred (ICO) feet each way east and west until -said grades intersect the present
<br />grades of said alley.
<br />14. The grade df the first alley east -of Michigan Street extend n;g
<br />north from Bronson Street shall be changed, beginning at the north line of Bronson
<br />Street, as established at No. 2 above, there shall be an ascending. grade -.-of three
<br />(3) feet to each one hundred (100) feet until it intersects the present grade of
<br />said alley.
<br />15. the grade of Fellows Street, where the same intersects the tracks
<br />of -said New York Central _Railroad Company, shall be raised five and six -tenths
<br />(5,.6) feet above the top of the highest rail of said tracks as now maintainid.0 and
<br />the tracks of said company across said street shall be raised to conform to`the
<br />grade of said street when changed as provided herein. And the grade of Fellows
<br />Street from the northerly rail shall be a descending grade of five (5) faet ;to= each
<br />one hundred (100) feet until it intersects the present street grade; and the grade
<br />of said street south -of the southerly rail shall be a straight line from said rail
<br />until it intersects the present street grade at the north line of Sample,Street_..
<br />And the grade of Tutt Street which intersects said Fellows Street shall be raised
<br />at the west line of Fellows Street, so as to conform to the grade of Fellows Street
<br />as above established, and the grade of said Tutt Street shell be a descending
<br />grade of five (5) feet to each one hundred (100) feet unil it intersects.the present
<br />street grade.
<br />16. The grade of Sample Street, where the same intersects the tracks
<br />of said New York. Central Railroad Company,. shall be raised four and two -tenths
<br />(4.2) feet above the top of the highest rail of said tracks as now:maintained,.&nd
<br />the tracks of said company -across said street shall be raised to conform to the
<br />grade of said street when changed as provided herein.- And the grade of said Sample.
<br />Street west of the westerly rail shall be a descending grade of four (4) feet to
<br />each one hundred (100) feet until tt intersects the present street grade, and the
<br />grade of said street east of the.easterly rail shall be a descending grade -of.
<br />three and one-half (3�1) feet to each one hundred (100) feet until it intersects the
<br />present street grade.
