soy And the said party of_ the first part does hereby promise and agree to gay to the party of the second part the sum of Ferty-five ($45..00) Dollars per post per year, d iv ided into twelve (12) equal installments, payable monthly and at the same time that other bills for lighting service is paid by the `panty of the first part:to said party of the second part upon the presentation` of a bill. for the same by°the said second party. This contract shall be in, full force and effect from and after its: approval by ordinance by the Common Couxc'il of said City, and from. the date of said approval until the first ,day of January ,1925, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of South Bend does hereby execute this contract by and through its Board. of Public, Works, and the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company does hereby affix the corporate seal of said norporatien and execute'said con- tract by and through its president, and attest the same by Secretary of said corporat ion , in duplicate this 27th. day of November 1916.
