<br />Hearing had on improvement nt „ Resolution Nol. 4 P 39. for the pipe sewer on Liston
<br />Street From StudebbkorStreet to Walnut Street, In the City of South Bend, Indiam.
<br />Upon sAid hearing no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrance was filed. And
<br />the Board being; fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable
<br />to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated -cost of the same, &.s reported
<br />by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally
<br />adopted, and the same is hereby in all things ratified confirmed and approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 24th. day of May 1916. and on
<br />the 33_st. day of May 1916 in a new paper of general cireuaition ins id Lily, stating tit
<br />this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements, up to 10:00 A.M.

<br />Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
<br />And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property
<br />liable to be assessed for said improvements, are equal to the estimated coy-t of the same,
<br />as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon tak. s final action on said resolution
<br />as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in aLl things ratified, con -firmed and approved.

<br />Upon said hearing memonstrators appeared, but no written remonstrances were
<br />filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to
<br />property liable to be assessed 'for said improvements are equal to the estimated cstt of the
<br />same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final, action on said resolu@
<br />tion as orignally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and
<br />approved.
