rim Board met in regular session at 7:45 P.M. All members present. Hearing had on Impovement Resolution No. 432 for pavement on Jaquith Court from Chapin Street to Prairie Avenue, In the City of South bend, Indiana. Upon said hearn.g no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed,` And the Board .being hilly advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable t Abe assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by, the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all t1iings ratified, con- firmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 2.4th. day of May 1916) and on the 31st. day of May 1916 in a newspaper of general circulation in said- Ciy, stating that this Board will receive bids for the constructing of sp id. imp ro veme nt-. up to 10.'00 A.M.on the 13th. day of June 1916. Upon said hearing no re monstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to pro- perty liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Ciil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things ratified, con— firmed and approved. Resolved further, that notices be published on the 24th. day of May 1916 and on the 31st. day of May 1916 in a newspaper of general circulation in said City, statng. that this Board will receive bids for the contraction of said improvements up to .10: 00 A.M. on the 13th. day of June 1916 Tree Board reserves the right to re je et any and .all bids.
