138 , L71L,0 7* At the intersection of Chapin Street and the tracks of said Railroad the surface of said .street shall be depressed five. (5) feet below the top of the highest rail of the tracks at said intersection as now maintained; clearance shall be sixteen (16) feet between the surface of the street as fixed above and the superstructure work over said street; the grade of the approach of said street on the north shall be an � ,' ascending grade of two and one half (2-1/2) feet to each one hund1,e.d .(100) feet from the north line of the superstructure until it intersects the present grade, and on the south the grade shall be an ascending grade of three (3) feet to each one hundred (100 ) feet from the south lirie of the superstructure until it intersects the present grade. S. The grade of Dunn Street, waieh intersects Chapin Street at a• point immedi- ately north of the tracks of said Railroad, shall be changed, and the grade from the east line of Chapin Street shall be an ascending grade of three (3) feet to each one hundred (100) feet until it intersects the present grade of Dunn Street. That Said improvement shall be made and paid for accodding to the method end amnne r provided for in an Act of the General As se ribly of Ind ie.na of 1911, p�t,;e 314. lid fhe r° resolved and or(],L, that the 6th. day of June,1916 at Nine (9) o'clock A.M. be fixed as the time vdien said. Railroad Company May appear and file a remonstrance as to said proposed changes of grades, or_ amounts of clearance, at which time this Board will have e hearing upon this resolution and will approve, change or modify the same. And it is further ordered that a copy of this re s olut ion shall be served upon some resident of: icer or agent of said Railroad Company at least ten days }efore the time of said hearing.
