The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed May 2nd.1916 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls' and the Board further find 'that the assessment roll -filed May Pnd.1916 and the final estimate allowed Flay 2nd.191.6 should be and the same are hereby in P l l things ratified' confirmed and approved.
