Avenue <br />and Dubail Avenue. <br />R E S 0 L U T I 0 N. <br />Resolved, by unanimous consent of the Board, that a Street Flusher be ordered <br />!/ from the Studebaker Corporation of American at the sum of $12350.00. <br />Communication reeeived from the Vaccuum Ice Plant in regard to a street <br />✓ flusrer, same read and platen on file. <br />in regard to complaint filed of telephone pole in front of a window ,which <br />property owner wants to convert into a dooit in building used as warehouse and owned by <br />J. C. Barrett, the Pole and wire inspector reports and recommends as follows. <br />This pole is an A.T.&T. Pole No. 3 when this window is made into a door the pole will <br />blockade the entrance to the doorway. The pole should be reset to the south about 15 <br />feet. This Building has been built since the pole was set. This work should be <br />finished as soon as the door is built. The Board approved the above recommendation. <br />In regard complaint of pole in the way of the building of a new garage <br />in the rear of 404 E. Indiana Avenue, the pole and wire inspector recorsmends the <br />,j following. This is a Central Union Telephone Company pole and it should be trenched <br />out into the alley as it now stands on private ground. This wore: should be done at <br />once as it stops the building of a garage. The Board approved tree above recommendation. <br />Permission granted to the Central Union Telephone Company to place one <br />pole on the south west corner of alley between ®edar Street and Madison Strec--t <br />and Francis and. Eddy Streets as per diagram. Company ordered to stencil all poles <br />now standiig. <br />The Street Commissioner reported on the following defective walks which <br />thirty day notices were se it out on and Itad e--p iced, and the Board hereby orders <br />/ that the City Contractor be ordered to construct or repair walks according to <br />Resolution No. 422 for the Construction of repairing of Various Walks in the City* <br />A. & J. Czarkowski, Lot 6 Forces Sub Div. at 721 Ford Street. <br />John & J. Nowak, Lot 3 Ford's Sub —Div. on 601 S. Scott Street. <br />E. K. & S. J. Kenna, Lot 19 Ford's Sub —Div. on 712 & 714 Ford Street. <br />Philip Strickler estate Lot 109 Cotrells Original Plat located at 436 <br />North Hill Street. All reported on as nothing done. <br />Notices ordered sent to property owners on defective sidewalk at <br />711 w. Ford Street and 720 W. Ford Street. <br />
