And all other remonstrances filed,were over- <br />ruled. <br />And the Board now finds ths.+, the several parcels and lots of land <br />as assessed in said Modified roll are specially benefitted in tl+e amounts assessed against <br />them in seAd rodiried assessment roll, and. the Board now approves and confirms in 8,11 things <br />said assess"rpnt roll as above modified. <br />Searing on assessment roll for curb and walk on Ford Street-P-oIii Arnold <br />Street to east end of Ford Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 409. In the City of South <br />Beni, Indiana. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were <br />filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed Decembr <br />14th.,1915 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and;the <br />Board further fins that the assessment roll filed December 14th. ,1915, end the final estimate <br />1.a lowed Decaber 14th.,1915 should be and the same are hereby in all things rattfied, con- <br />firmed and approved. <br />
