M Tuesday January llth.,1916. Continued. ✓ Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for curb and walk on Various Street, under Impmvement Resolution No. 366. In the City of South; Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls riled December 14th. 1915 is benefitted.in the amount of assessments as shovn on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed December 14th., 1915 and the final.estimate allowed December 14,1915 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Permission granted the Central Union Telephone Co. to set the follolxiing ✓ poles in thr City. To set 1-25t pole and anchor on the west side of. Francis Street, at the first alley south of Division Street. To set 3-30' poles on the north side of the 1st. alley South of Divsion St. between Frances and Parry Sts. To set, 1-30 t pole and a,ncnor on the north side of the 1st. a. llevr south of Division. at a point about 30t east of Parry Street. To set 1 anchor on the east side of the alley between Frances and Parry Sts., at a point about half way between Division St. a d the 1st alley South of Division St. To_ set 1-301 pole on the northeast corner of the 3rd. alley South of Division St. between Frances and Parry. Boa rd ordered a re SD luti on prepared for a sewer on said Court. An agreement wase-itered into by the City of South Bend,Indiana by and through its duly authorized officers, party of the First Part w.d Mary., R. `Riley and Nelson J. Riley, her husbandof South Bend,IndienagWilliam R. Innis and Edith Donaldson Innis his wife, of New York City, New -York, and -William R. As per the instruction of tAe Grand Trunk Ry. Co. the Indiana & Michigan Elea. Company ordered to discontinue from City's bill the tw incandescent lights at the corner of Lafayette Blvd. and Div. St. and charge the sme to the Grand Trunk Ry. Co. and discontinue the are light at this point. President.
