In the City of South; Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were <br />filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls riled <br />December 14th. 1915 is benefitted.in the amount of assessments as shovn on said <br />rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed December 14th., <br />1915 and the final.estimate allowed December 14,1915 should be and the same are <br />hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Permission granted the Central Union Telephone Co. to set the follolxiing <br />✓ poles in thr City. <br />To set 1-25t pole and anchor on the west side of.
