757- <br />1-1 <br />Sand and crushed stone left at 2505 W. Huron Street on the premises of Mr. <br />W. Plowski. <br />Before the final payment will be made to the White Construction Co, <br />would lieg of you Gentlemen to investigate the above mentioned complaints. and have the <br />above company place the walks and curbs in the best possible c and it ions . Cornerof Olive and Huron walk and curb broken by trucks. <br />Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pavement on <br />Carroll Street from Sample Street to Elder Street, under Improvement Resolution No. <br />712 in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />In the -above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />st.oance was filed.. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll <br />filed July 7th. ,1920 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said assess- <br />ment roll and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed July 7th. ,1920 <br />and the final estimate thereon allowed should be and the same are hereby in all things <br />ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pavement on <br />Birner Street from Allen Street to Blaine Avenue, under Improvemen Resolution No. <br />67.4"- in the City of South Bend., Indiana. <br />Iu the above matter.no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance <br />was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed <br />July 7th. ,1920 is benef itted in the amount of assessments as shown on said assessment <br />roll and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed July 7th. ,1920 and the <br />final estimate. allowed July 7th. ,1920 should be and the same are hereby in all things, <br />rat if ied, c onf armed and appr oved. ` <br />Hearing had on Improvement Resolution for Pipe sewer on Stanfield <br />Street from Floward Street to Corby Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 806, in <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strance filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, . dec ides thatth e <br />benefits to poperty liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the esti- <br />mated cost -.of the same, as reported by the City C iv it Eng in eer and thereupon takes <br />final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the same is hereby in all <br />things, ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 23rd. day of <br />July 192 and on the _AOth.. day of July 1020. in the South Bend Daily Tribune a newspaper <br />of General Circulation in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the <br />construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the loth. day of August 1920. <br />The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. <br />Hearing had on resolution for the Pavement on Lawndale Avenue from <br />Van Buren Street to South Line of Vassar Park, under Improvement Resolution No. 813 <br />In the City of South Bend, Indiana. ° ' <br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances <br />were filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, dec ides, that the benefits <br />to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are -equal to the estimated cost <br />of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action <br />on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is . hereby in all things, ratified <br />confirmed and approved. ° <br />Resolved further, that notices be published on the 23rd. day of July <br />1920 and on the 30th. day of July 1920 in the South Bend Daily Tribune a newspaper of <br />gener l circulation in said City, stating that this Board will receive bids for the <br />construction of said improvements up to 10:00.A.M. on the loth. day of August 192o. The <br />Hoard reserves the right to reject any and -all bids. <br />
