758 <br />Hearing had on Improvement Resolution No. 812 for the resurfacing of <br />pavement on Lawndale Avenue from Lincoln Way West to north line of Van Buren Street <br />in the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />strance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that <br />the benefits to property giable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to <br />the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and there- <br />upon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is <br />hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Resolved further, that notis �s be published on the 23rd. day of July <br />1920 and on the 30th. day of July 1920. in the South Bend Daily Tribune a newspaper <br />ofa General c irnulat ion in the City, stating that this Hoard will receive bids for th <br />the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 10th. day of August <br />1920. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in <br />said roll filed July cith. ,1920 is benef fitted in the amount of assessments as shown <br />on said roll and the Board further find that the assessment Boll filed July 6th. , <br />1920 and the final estimate thereon allowed July 6th. ,1920 should be and the same <br />are hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />
