Incorporation of <br /> the Ivy Tower property into the project is the <br /> major part of the Union Station Technology <br /> Center project. The project team has Phase 1 <br /> ESA information for the other properties <br /> involved with this project (i.e., Millennium <br /> Environmental parcel, Public Works Service <br /> Center, Police Station) but baseline <br /> environmental information needs to be <br /> gathered for this property. The proposed fee <br /> for the environmental study is $29,500. <br /> Staff requests acceptance of the proposal. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Varner, seconded by COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL OF <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the WIGHTMAN PETRIE FOR A PHASE I <br /> Commission accepted the proposal of ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT,ASBESTOS <br /> CONTAINING MATERIAL SURVEY AND LEAD- <br /> Wightman Petrie for a Phase I Environmental BASED PAINT SURVEY AT IVY TOWER IN THE <br /> Site Assessment, Asbestos Containing AMOUNT OF$29,500 FOR THE UNION STATION <br /> Material Survey and Lead-based Paint SCOTT STREET RELOCATION. <br /> Survey at Ivy Tower in the amount of <br /> $29,500 for the Union Station Scott Street <br /> relocation. <br /> (2) Petition to Release Accrued Tax and <br /> Remove Property from Tax Rolls (March <br /> 2010 Tax Sale Properties). <br /> Mr. Relos noted that in March, 2010, the <br /> Commission acquired a group of properties <br /> 5 <br />
