This property has already been <br /> put through the disposition process and can <br /> be sold pending approval of this resolution. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2995 <br /> Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2995 FROM THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AUTHORITY. <br /> accepting the transfer of real property from <br /> the South Bend Redevelopment Authority. <br /> B. Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (1) Proposal for Phase I Environmental Site <br /> Assessment, Asbestos Containing Material <br /> Survey and Lead-based Paint Survey at <br /> Union Station Scott Street relocation. <br /> Mr. Schalliol noted that staff solicited a <br /> proposal from Wightman Petrie to perform a <br /> Phase I environmental assessment of the <br /> Union Station Technology Project. At its <br /> meeting on November 22, the Commission <br /> approved a contract with Wightman Petrie to <br /> do some site master planning and to <br /> coordinate the vacation of United Drive from <br /> south to the Scott Street intersection.
