Location of sanitary and storm structures within the site and all connecting <br />structures just beyond the survey limits. Information to include horizontal <br />location, rim elevations, pipe sizes, pipe connectivity, pipe type and invert <br />elevations. <br />d. Existing Asbestos Survey Information Review — The Owner will provide the Engineer <br />the Asbestos Survey completed in 2007 by Grauvogel and Associates. The Engineer <br />will rely on the accuracy and completeness of the previously referenced Asbestos <br />Survey for all asbestos information. In readily accessible areas, the Engineer will <br />review the current conditions of the previously surved asbestos containing materials and <br />provide an update report. <br />e. Environmental Conditions Review — The Owner will rovide the Engineer all previously <br />completed documents that identify potential environmental intes such as undergound <br />storage tanks, trnasformers with PCB oils, chmencal storage, etc. The Engineer will use <br />this information to develop the remediation specificiations. <br />6. Utility Locations --Underground utility markup request will be made through Indiana 811. <br />Utilities that respond to the locate request will be field located and shown on the map. All <br />others will be noted as "No Response". Attempts will be made to obtain plans for all <br />utilities, if available. Source of utility information will be noted. Storm and sanitary sewer <br />investigation detail sheets will be provided for all structures located within the project <br />limits. <br />7. Engineer's services under the Preliminary Design Phase will be considered complete on the <br />date when the Engineer receives preliminary design phase comments from the Owner and <br />given the notice to proceed to the final design phase. <br />A 1.02 Final Design Phase <br />1) After acceptance by Owner of the Preliminary Design Phase documents and any other deliverables <br />subject to any Owner -directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design <br />requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer shall: <br />1. Conduct one (1) meeting with the Owner regarding the final design phase of the project. <br />2. Prepare final Drawings and Specifications indicating the scope, extent, and character of the <br />Work to be performed and furnished by Contractor. <br />3.
