South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting -December 21, 2007 <br />(6) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Title work, NW Hill & Colfax) <br />Ms. Laurent noted that one proposal was <br />received from Meridian Title in the amount <br />of $100 per parcel or $300 total. Staff <br />recommends accepting the proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal for title services and accepted the <br />proposal from Meridian Title in the amount <br />of $300. <br />(7) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(ALTA Survey, NW Hill & Colfax) <br />Ms. Laurent noted that staff received one <br />proposal for completion of an ALTA survey <br />from Wightman Petrie in the amount of <br />$2,360. Staff recommends accepting the <br />proposal. <br />Mr. Peczkowski asked if the alley is included <br />in the property. Ms. Laurent responded that <br />it is not.
