South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting -December 21, 2007 <br />facilitate a potential redevelopment and <br />parking strategy for a significant block in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />Staff has received one proposal for title work <br />on the site in the amount of $100. Staff <br />recommends approval. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal for title services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area and accepted the <br />proposal from Meridian Title for the scope of <br />service and fee proposed. <br />(10) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(ALTA Survey, 118 N. Main) <br />Ms. Laurent noted that a request for <br />proposals was issued for completion of an <br />ALTA survey for 118 N. Main St. One <br />proposal was received, that from Wightman <br />Petrie Engineering for the not-to-exceed <br />amount of $2,600. Staff recommends <br />accepting the proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for <br />proposal for engineering services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area and <br />accepted the proposal from Wightman Petrie <br />for the scope of services and fee proposed. <br />(ll) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Phase I Environmental Assessment, 118 <br />N.
