Otherwise, haste under <br /> pressure will drive us to an unintended <br /> solution with a facility that is less than it can <br /> be and a lost opportunity for Ignition Park. <br /> We have an obligation to this community to <br /> be better stewards. <br /> Economic Development asks for your <br /> approval of BSA LifeStructures proposal for <br /> the definition of this building(s) concept <br /> design in the amount of$45,000 including <br /> reimbursables. <br /> Mr. Downes asked if the study will give the <br /> city some idea of what the cost of such <br /> building will be. Ms. Hathaway said it <br /> would not. We can do that when the time <br /> comes. Mr. Lake said BSA can project a <br /> likely cost, good for three years, if the city <br /> determines a building size. <br /> Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br /> Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the BSA LIFESTRUCTURES FOR IGNITION PARK <br /> Commission approved the Proposal from ACCELERATOR BUILDING(CIRCLE-BUILDING <br /> CONCEPT DESIGN)VISIONING AND IMAGERY <br /> BSA LifeStructures for Ignition Park DEVELOPMENT. <br /> Accelerator Building (circle-building concept <br /> design) visioning and imagery development. <br /> (13) Resolution No. 2970 approving and <br /> authorizing the execution of an Addendum <br /> to the Master Agency Agreement (Ignition <br /> Park Phase 1B Infrastructure). <br /> 69 <br />
