Airport Economic Development Area <br /> (13) continued... <br /> Mr. Kain noted the Resolution No. 2970 and <br /> Addendum To Master Agency Agreement for <br /> Ignition Park Phase 1B Infrastructure. <br /> On October 11, 2011 the Redevelopment <br /> Commission approved a proposal from BSA <br /> LifeStructures, Inc. to develop the second <br /> phase of the infrastructure design work <br /> (Phase 1B) with Phase I initiated on July <br /> 26, 2011. Design development fees for 1B <br /> were approved at $335,000. <br /> The scope of Phase 1B includes the design <br /> of <br /> • Entrance boulevard from Sample <br /> Street to the Circle <br /> • Two pedestrian boulevards from the <br /> Northeast and Northwest portions of <br /> the site into the Circle. <br /> • The remainder of the Circle in the <br /> center of the 84 acre Ignition Park <br /> site. <br /> • Utility infrastructure in the site to <br /> include power, communication, <br /> water, sewer and storm water <br /> management. <br /> • Green ecosystem elements and <br /> phasing <br /> The attached resolution and Addendum to the <br /> Master Agency Agreement will allow the <br /> Board of Public Works to engage in design <br /> development discussions and assist BSA with <br /> project bidding, award contacts and manage <br /> infrastructure construction to completion. <br /> 70 <br />
