That substation only has <br /> the capacity of 20 megawatts of power total. <br /> Their solution is to put a substation at <br /> Ignition Park. <br /> Ms. Hathaway asked for Commission <br /> approval of the proposal from BSA <br /> LifeStructures for the feasibility study. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED PROPOSAL FROM BSA <br /> Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the LIFESTRUCTURES FOR FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A <br /> Commission approved Proposal from BSA COMBINED COOLING,HEATING AND POWER <br /> ENERGY CENTER AT IGNITION PARK. <br /> LifeStructures for feasibility study for a <br /> Combined Cooling, Heating and Power <br /> Energy Center at Ignition Park. <br /> (4) Proposal from BSA LifeStructures for <br /> Ignition Park Accelerator Building <br /> visioning and imagery development. <br /> Ms. Hathaway noted the central focal point <br /> of Ignition Park's Master Plan is a circle with <br /> basin for storm water retention, gathering <br /> green space with solar trees, wind spire that <br /> defines the hub of the park and a building or <br /> buildings that enhance the most significant <br /> location within the Park. Definition of <br /> design requirements for these structures is <br /> imperative if we are to control the look of the <br /> most important and visible elements within <br /> the Park. <br /> 68 <br />
