Techniques <br /> and staff already in place bring their <br /> knowledge and expertise to partner with our <br /> relationships and vision to deliver a cohesive <br /> plan that compliments and enhances the <br /> downtown parking experience. <br /> Mr. Varner asked how a patron avoids <br /> having to move their car every two hours? <br /> Mr. Perri replied that some things are already <br /> creatively in place to make sure the two hour <br /> spots are reserved for the customers and <br /> visitors to downtown. <br /> Mr. Downes stated that DTSB was in the best <br /> position to make a difference in this regard. <br /> 35 <br />
