SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 1099•
<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, St.
<br />Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it is deemed necessary to improve Bowman Street
<br />from Kline:Street to Sampson Street as follows, to -wit,:, -
<br />Sad street shal.be graded faom
<br />property line to prO perty line to the established grade and cement Sidewalk and cement
<br />curb shall be constructed on both sides of said Bowman Street from Kline.Street to
<br />Sampson Street. All as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the plans,
<br />profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the office of the' Department of
<br />Public Works of the City of South Bend; Indiana.
