<br />Otsego .Street from Pokagon Street, to An ells Avenue'as follows, . to -wit:-
<br />Said Street shall be graded from property Line to property line to
<br />the established grade, and cement, sidewalk and cement, curb shall b-e constructed
<br />along both sides of said Otsego Street from Pokagon Street *to Angella -Avleue. All
