<br />Be it Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South
<br />Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, That it, is desired and deemed necessay
<br />to improve, The alley west of. Scott Street, from Colfax Avenue to La Salle Avenue
<br />as follows, topwit:-
<br />Sgid a ley shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be
<br />paved; also the,roadwai of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter
<br />or intersect said alley shell be graded and paved. The materials to be used in
<br />making said improvement shall be Sheet Asphalt, Bit1lithic, Asphaltic concrete
<br />brick or Portland cement Concrete Pavement seven (7) inches thick, and the founder
<br />Lion shall be Portland cement concrete six (6) inches thick for the sheet asphalt
<br />bitulithic, asphaltic concrete and brick or rolled gravel six (6) inches thick fv
<br />for the brick, storm water inlets and conduits shall be constructed where necessfr
<br />all storm water inlets and manhole tops shall be set to the proper grade;,Cement
