I beg to acknowledge receipt in the mail to --day of copy of a
resolution passed by the Board on November 28th., with reference to the use of
you are taking with reference to such existing occupancy of,the streets as are
now in effect.
You stake that " It is further dWclared to be the purpose
ary and unlawful,# and that in.any way interiferes with the free use and enjoyment
by the public of any such street."
I would like to have your interpretation, pleasd;, Vor it is
our desire to comply with regulations laid down by your Boar.
be knwon as 534 South Olive Street.. He reports that, the White Construction Compaq
w1ile paving Olive Streets about, three agn years ago, used his lot.for, unloading
gravel and for the use of their concrete mixer, that they ,have.,driven with trucks_
over the curb and sidewalk, all without his consent.
