City Hall main St. entrance, and contract awarded to said Company. <br />Dec. 13,1922. <br />k The City of South Bendf Indiana. o , <br />Y 'Geatlemen:� <br />We proposed to furnish and install Ferdulum metal ' stair treads <br />on the Main Street entrance steps of the ;City Hall as per sample submiJAed. <br />- The progosal inclusdes the furnishing and complete installation <br />on all Itat,erials. <br />The treads will have a lip 2" deep or more which will entirely <br />cover the cement, filler,' and the worn places in the steps. Bottom step to have return <br />ends to give it the same finish sss the front. <br />Too steps to be beddd�down so step when finsihed with Ferdulum <br />tread will be level with the entrance. <br />Entire surface of all treads to be covered with Ferdulum, where <br />Ferdulum is made in two pieces to cover one tread, joints on different, steps are.to be <br />staggered. <br />We will complete this contract not later than fifteen days after <br />arrival of treads <br />Amount $320,00 <br />Installation to be completed in a nest, goodd workmanlike and <br />substantial manner, <br />South Bend Marble & Tile Co. <br />APPROVED PER F.
