Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present. Hearing hadon Resolution No, 1060. for the pipe sewer on,victoria Street.from Michigan Street to Fellows Street, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing no_ remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strance was filed. And the Hoard being fully advised in the premises, decides t.h4t the benefits to property liabel to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the -stims ted cost of the same' as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same are hereby in all things, ratified, cenfirmed�and approved. Resolved that all advertisements for bids be held up until February 20th., 192.1 at 10 00 A.M. This being the date set for deferred hearing on assessment roll and final estimate for Sheet asphalt, pavement on La Salle Avenue from W. end of River Bridge to West line of Main Street, under Improvement, Resolution No. 1002. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter, Mr. Hardy moved that 1h a assessment roll on Improvement Resolution No. 1002 for.the Sheet Asphalt pavement on La Salle Avenue from West end of River Bridge to Wiest line of Main Street in this City be amended.so as to include an assessment of $3,424.029 against, the Chicago, Lake Shore and South Bend Railway Company for the paving between its tracks and fourteen inches outside., of its tracks as provided in.its contract with the City; ghat the assessments of property owners along said tracks be reduced pro -rate in the same amount; that this hearing be continued until 10:00 A.M. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for grade, curb and walk on Anderson Avenue from Elwood Avenue to King Street, under Improvement Resolution =To, 964. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written 7emonstrance was filed. The Board 1h erefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed. November 22md. 10,22 is benefited in the amounts of assessments as shown on said roll, and the Board further find.that the assessment roll filed November 22nd. 1922 and the final estimate allowed November 22nd.9 1922 should be'and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
